Through company voluntary declaration, first trial and grading by corresponding city, seeking the opinion of National Taxation Bureau of Hebei, Hebei entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Shijiazhuang Customs District, State Administration of Foreign Exchange Shijiazhuang Branch and other relevant department and other procedure, after comprehensive recommendation and publicity produce the final result.
